What we collect
Through the contact form on caspinav.com we collect the name, email, company, use case and message you send us. To prevent spam, the submission IP address and browser User-Agent are recorded.
How we use it
This data is used only to respond to your request, arrange a demo and contact you about the service. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Platform data
Operational data of admin console (caster.caspinav.com) customers (positions, sessions, logs) is kept tenant-scoped and processed only to deliver the service. PPK logs never leave Caspinav infrastructure.
Retention and deletion
To request deletion of your data, email [email protected]. We will action your request within a reasonable period.
