Caspinav LLC is the data controller for caspinav.com. You can reach us at [email protected]. Our headquarters is in Baku, Azerbaijan.

2. What we collect

Marketing site: when you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email, company, use case, and message you provide. We log standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for abuse prevention.

Platform (caster.caspinav.com and tenant subdomains): account information you or your operator create (name, email, role), session data, and operational telemetry (rover positions, mountpoint usage, accuracy metrics) needed to deliver the service.

Analytics: we use privacy-preserving analytics that do not set advertising cookies and do not identify you personally.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to sales and support enquiries.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Caspinav platform.
• To meet legal and contractual obligations to our customers (operators).

4. Sharing & processors

We do not sell personal data. We use a limited set of sub-processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics). A current list is available on request.

5. Retention

Marketing leads are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner. Platform data is retained for the duration of your contract plus a short rolling window for backups.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are announced by email to operator contacts.
