Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Caspinav platform and caspinav.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Caspinav LLC provides a multi-tenant NTRIP caster, RTK platform, admin console, and related services. Specific features available to you depend on the plan you (or the operator you belong to) have subscribed to.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to transmit unlawful content; (b) attempt to disrupt the caster, exceed plan limits without authorisation, or reverse-engineer the platform; (c) resell access without an Enterprise white-label agreement.
4. Fees
Fees are described in your order form or the public pricing page in effect at signup. We may change pricing for renewal terms with at least 30 days’ notice.
5. Service levels
Professional and Enterprise plans include uptime commitments described in the order form. Service credits, where applicable, are the exclusive remedy for downtime.
6. Data & privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Customer-controlled data remains owned by the customer.
7. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination, your right to access the Service ends; we will assist with reasonable data export within 30 days.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
